What Happens Next
A clear path, at your pace.
Once you visit and decide you’d like to move forward with our home, this is what the next steps look like.
The Path Forward
From first visit to “they’re home.”
Four steps taken at your pace.
Tour the home & meet the team
Meet the caregivers, walk through the house, look at the backyard, and get all of your questions answered. Even the ones you haven’t thought of yet. If it’s the right fit, fantastic. If it’s not, we might have resources to share that would suit your needs better.
Build the care plan together
We sit down with you and, if appropriate, your loved one to map out the details: medications, meals, daily rhythm, mobility needs, sleep schedule, the foods they love, the music they hate. We write a plan that fits their life.
Prepare for move-in
We help you think through what to bring, how to talk to your parent about the transition, and what the first week might look like. We’ll coordinate with their current doctor, pharmacy, case manager, and social worker to make sure everything is set up before their arrival. We handle the logistics so you can focus on your family.
Settle in and stay connected
First days matter, so we go slow, introduce routines gently, and check in with you often. You’re welcome any time. For Sunday dinner, birthdays, or just because. If you plan to share a meal with us, we’ll need to know in advance so we can plan appropriately. Your parent is home. You stay involved as much as you want to be.
About Cost
What you can expect to pay.
Monthly care typically runs $5,000 to $9,500, depending on the level of support your parent needs. Memory care and full-mobility assistance sit at the higher end. Lighter daily-living support sits at the lower end.
We’ll provide your family a quote after our care plan conversation, once we understand your loved one’s current care requirements and needs.

The questions we hear most frequently.
Start with a visit. That’s it.
Just a tour, a conversation, and a chance to see if we’re the right home for your parent.
